As the Founder and CEO of FAIS Associates, Mr. Imran Shahzad brings about three decades of transformative expertise in HR, organizational development and corporate governance — empowering businesses with end-to-end professional solutions. Since establishing the firm, he has built a comprehensive consultancy delivering excellence across HR management, financial consulting, IT solutions and corporate training.
His extensive academic background is complemented by practical experience across diverse industries. As a Certified Trainer recognized by PIFFA–FIATA–UNCTAD, he has led numerous corporate training programs and workshops. As a Visiting Lecturer at leading institutions, he continues to shape the next generation of HR professionals while staying at the forefront of industry best practice and regulatory compliance.
