Veritas is the second company of Mr. Imran Shahzad, sitting alongside FAIS Associates Pvt. Ltd. and dedicated entirely to HR services and solutions. It also brings its own technology: EtimadHCM, an in-house cloud-based HR and payroll platform for modern organizations. As a GAU partner, Veritas extends our clients’ access to dependable, compliant HR capability on the ground in Pakistan.

Mr. Imran Shahzad brings about three decades of transformative expertise in HR, organizational development and corporate governance. As Founder and CEO of FAIS Associates, he has built a comprehensive consultancy spanning HR management, financial consulting, IT solutions and corporate training — and with Veritas HR Solutions he directs that experience into a dedicated, HR-only practice.
His extensive academic background is complemented by practical experience across diverse industries. As a Certified Trainer recognized by PIFFA–FIATA–UNCTAD, he has led numerous corporate training programs and workshops. As a Visiting Lecturer at leading institutions, he continues to shape the next generation of HR professionals while staying at the forefront of industry best practice and regulatory compliance.
